Is the Hiace SLWB a converted van?

No. The SLWB leaves the Toyota factory as a long-wheelbase window van, so the body, windows, seats and air-conditioning are factory fitted. The Semi-Panel Van and Window Van 11/14 Seater are the converted versions, and they are on the Toyota Hiace page.
