What is the Gran Max Pick-Up Steel Cargo?
The standard steel body is the base Gran Max Pick-Up as most buyers order it: an open steel cargo deck behind the two-seat cab.
An open deck takes tall or awkward items that will not fit inside a van, and you can load it from the side or the rear.

Before you order
- Cargo on an open deck is exposed to rain. If your goods must stay dry, compare the box van.
- Prefer a wooden deck? The wooden cargo body is RM509 more on the road.
- Ladder rack, 2 mm chequered plate and wire mesh can be added. Ask us for prices.
- The Pick-Up's gross vehicle weight is fixed at 2,100 kg, and the body you choose counts toward it. A heavier body leaves less weight for cargo than a plain steel deck. Your van's registered weights are set at the weighing and inspection, which is already in the OTR price.
- All bodies and custom changes are subject to Daihatsu HQ approval. Tell us your requirements and we submit them.
